The Sealy Sleep Census 2012 is a sleep research program undertaken by Sealy in conjunction with the CQUniversity Australia.

All aspects of the census, including results, will be strictly confidential and only the investigators will have access to information, except as required by law. A report of the survey findings will be published, but no information about you will be used in any way that reveals your identity.

You can exit the survey at any time by closing your Internet browser window. Once you have submitted your survey, your responses cannot be withdrawn.
